If you have breakdown cover with PRP and require their assistance, you would be better off walking to the local shops, buying a scratch card and praying for those winning numbers. Had breakdown cover with this firm and they couldn't coordinate collecting the tow vehicle of the trailer. The service was generally awful and to make things worse there was a shift swap about 2 hours after we broke down and the next shift knew nothing about out breakdown. We ended up googling and paying a local recovery company to collect the tow vehicle and horse box and I would strongly recommend saving your money and doing the same.
