Ben and I, Niki, are very happy with the professional service we received from Pro-cars. We knew they were a respectable dealership when told us we couldn't look at the car we preferred, as someone else was coming to look from the Isle of Wight. (Fortunately they didn't like it so we bought it!) A couple of weeks later we noticed a problem, which was fixed efficiently and with no difficulty, under warranty. The people there are also very friendly!! I would definitely recommend; indeed have already done so, to friends and work associates :-)

I was sold a car that had passed its MOT the day or two before I picked it up, at a garage PRO Cars use. They passed the car with no problems or advisories. They said it had new brake discs and that it had had professional clean. I picked up up and upon getting it home started no notice it was quite dirty. Took it to my garage who looked at it they said it needed new brake discs quite ugrgently and the tracking was off, i paid for the work as me and the kids were going on a long journey. My garage also that it would need an extensive amount of work when the MOT is due as the underneath 'looks like it had been parked by the seafront it's whole life' it shouldn't have passeand it should have had advisories on the MOT. Also the CD player turned out not to be working at all. PRO Cars were very helpful up until I bought the car and they had my money, They brushed me off when I asked them about the MOT obviously not being reliable and as it was past the 3 month warranty they couldn't do anything. I think even if it had been within warranty I don't know what I could have done, im a single Mum, clueless about Cars and i think they saw me coming. I spent my last bit of spare cash on a heap of a car to help fund their huge home. I think they're crooks to be honest and I hate leaving bad feedback but people like this make me angry. Please avoid unless you know what you're looking at.

I bought my BMW 320d from PRO cars in 2013, lovely service and helpful polite friendly staff. Unfortunately it kept having an intermittent fault and would go into limp mode, this really worried me but Chris reassured me they would get to the bottom of it. I could drive 60 miles one day no problem and then another day 2 miles and it would happen. Very difficult to resolve as you go to a garage and it would be fine. Chris was very patient and persevered with this ( not one giving the impression I was nuts) he authorised a NMW specialist to do a thorough inspection diagnosis and it turned out to be a sticking gland on the turbo. Chris got the specialist to strip and fix the fault & said if I had any more problems to not hesitate to come back to him. I still have the car now in 2021 the longest I’ve ever owned a car. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from PRO cars. I have never had such fantastic treatment from a car sales in my life ( I’m 68). Thank you Chris and sorry I can’t remember the other chaps name. Ps I’ve clocked 147000 miles.
