    awful quality labels and refunds policy. check the small print. nothing we ordered could be used. it was a complete waste of time using this one man band with poor customer service. RESPONSE TO OWNER COMMENTS: I was definitely your customer and you definitely let me down. You were extremely rude on the phone and companies house shows you are a very small one man band type business. I spoke to the director/owner at all times. The cost of the order was small but you wouldn't refund it even though you promised in writing in an earlier email you would. Poor and rude service.
