I would never order from this company again. Sent out my parcel after about a week and when it arrived it was stolen. Took them over 2 months to tell me its my own fault and not refund or send me out the products they failed to deliver.

Recently I completed a one day makeup course with the girls at PLouise. My trainer was Lil Shan, she was the sweetest and most patient person I have ever met. Ensuring I was comfortable and making sure I was taking everything in step by step. The model I had was molly and she was absolutely stunning, such a genuinely nice girl and one of my favourite faces I’ve ever had the chance to do makeup on. I walked into the course so nervous just to be welcomed and made feel so calm by every single person in the room. Trish is an absolute little gem she made sure I had everything I needed and even stayed with me on the phone to ensure I got to the course because I was lost in Manchester after coming from Ireland. The confidence I feel in myself and my ability after one day training with PLouise and the girls is amazing. I cannot recommend them strongly enough and I cannot wait to come back and learn more from everyone there.
