Found P Kent through google search this morning when my power was down. It was a problem only with sockets. Despite unplugging everything we still had the problem. Phil was on his way to a job but took the time and trouble to talk with me and point me in the right direction. It was an outside light that was tripping the fuse box and I would not have switched this off if Phil hadn’t advised me to do so as it wasn’t on a socket. It resolved the problem. I am thankful that he took the time to speak with me, he also said I could call again if it didn’t resolve the problem. What a genuinely nice man who was very knowledgable happy to advice and give guidance,and I’m sure saved me at least a call out fee Service: Electrical power restoration
