Very bad customer service and lies. Put for repairs same item twice and looking for excuses why not fixed and why they would need more money to fix more properly. The gold they sell ain't gold, because to they not able repair what they sell. 😂😂😂Be aware of scammers!

We first asked P.J. Steel to convert a gold flat hoop earring with a Greek key pattern into a ring. The result is stunning and breaths new life into what was a lonely single earring. On the basis of the quality of the work and the service we had no hesitation returning to get a wedding ring, engagement ring and eternity ring enlarged. The eternity ring also required building up as it had worn thin over the years. The results are again amazing, ready exactly when promised and at a very reasonable price. Excellent service. Friendly staff. A proper family/local business. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.
