Been dealing with both Jay and Jane over 10 years now As a purchaser and store person it's always difficult to satisfy everyone. I find the service professional there knowledge and experience is outstanding If I have issues the managing director always visits me on site and it gets sorted There measures in place during the covid 19 pandemic was masterfully planned and coordinated The company I work for now have been faithful to pjs for over 20yrs They do get extremely busy and sometimes you don't always get the attention you need but me being patient I just become a nuisance. They live and breath there business and I am very happy with the service. Customers need to understand not all stock and consumables can be kept on the shelf. And as for returns or even amending orders pjs have always obliged
