Calum the project manager was very professional and the installation team punctual, hard working, good at explaining what they were doing and they completed a very neat job of making good. Pj Cole is fantastic for emptying tanks they always act professionally. But this year first time I used their yearly pump and septic servicing which I would NOT recommend anyone. Service guy added stuff to the invoice that he hasn’t done like taking pumps out, cleaning them etc. I service my pumps and septic tank every year so that I know servicing them can take some time but pj Cole service guy was so quick it only took him 20-25mins for 2 pump wells and a treatment plant, if he did everything as he listed in invoices he should have been there at least 1h to 1.5h. DO NOT LET THEM SERVICE YOUR SYSTEM Service: Drain cleaning

Avoid this company. We used to use this company to empty our septic tank annually which is more than adequate for a 1000 gallon tank and 2 person household. However after only 8 months we find the tank is overflowing and the drains backed up meaning a poor shoddy job had been done and the tank not emptied properly. However what is disgusting is that this company refused to help us without a £500(+VAT) call out charge ignoring the fact that we couldn't even use the toilet let alone shower until someone had emptied the tank. This is unethical sharkish behaviour, preying on a repeat customer in a vulnerable position. We did find another company with excellent customer service who were happy to oblige without a call out charge. We will never use this company again. Service: Septic system installation

We enquired about the services of PJ Cole for the disposal of liquid waste at a number of our sites after using them a number of years ago for a 'one off' job on the spur of the moment. We received a detailed and thorough response from Johnny who covered everything and was very patient with various emails backwards and forwards, the costings are very reasonable as well for the excellent service they offer. We have been using them for a little while now and it is impossible to fault the service. Attendances at our sites have to be time specific there can't be any 'ifs or buts' and they completely understand this and on every occasion the driver arrives perfectly on time. The office staff also ensure that every detail of instruction is passed onto the driver which we have had issues with in the past when using other providers. The drivers are friendly, have a good laugh but still remain professional and get on with the job with no fuss rather than making a fuss or trying to throw obstacles in the way. We have had three separate drivers out to sites from them and all have been fantastic, Tony being the driver we have had out to site the most to date is particularly quick at laying pipes out over long distances with no fuss at all. From Johnny's email to dealing with the ladies in the office, normally Nicky or Michelle for bookings to the drivers on the ground the service is exemplary and it is so rare to find these days. The point is that this company really 'gets it' when it comes to customer service and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them whatsoever, they are fantastic. Thanks so much to all the team!

I cannot recommend P J Cole more highly. The support and professional service that I have received from them over a number of years has been exemplary. They have supported me throughout a complicated, difficult and fraught situation, culminating in the recent installation of a mini sewage treatment system. The work has been carried out to the highest standard by knowledgeable, hardworking, painstaking employees and contractors. I am entirely satisfied with their service in every respect.
