Phil came out on a day we were available to fix our tumble dryer, we've had white knights in the past that lasted 12 years. This two year one however didn't. Phil repaired what he thought the issue was but unfortunately it turned out to be a part that was obselete. As Phil attempted to repair it and couldn't. He issued a refund with out hesitation. Phil is a really lovely guy, was curtious and professional. When something else goes wrong.. it will... Our bad luck.... I know the guy to call. Thank you for doing your best. It was appreciated. Got recomeneded to try P H Services, and having left a voice mail, i quickly got a txt to say they would call back ASAP. That happened within a couple of hours and i explained the problem with the dishwasher and the next working day was offered to get out to look at the problem. All fixed within the hour and an explanation of what caused the problem and the resolution, some advice on general mainteance as well. Very reasonable, would highly recomend.
