Someone has posted a 'P.F. Windibank Auctioneers & Valuers' white and blue leaflet through my letter box. It specially states on my letter box 'No Leaflets' and 'No Junkmail'. It's got to the point now where I have to leave a review in hope companies hire leaflet droppers that respect not to do this. Pointless wasting paper as well.

I haven’t been to the auction house, it’s a significant distance away from where I live. Instead I relied on a condition report and catalogue photos to bid on this item which I won in the auction held on the 3 December 2022. The condition report, photographs and the follow up from the auction …..all superb. I paid for the item easily and the in-house postal service. Excellent, excellent (so good I’ll say it twice) value and service - it arrived this morning very well wrapped before 10:00am - 7 December 2022. Delighted with the item by Bernard Leach.

Impeccable service and communications when bidding from abroad. Packaging and shipping service offered in house at self cost which is nearly unheard of in most of the other houses out there, who either don't ship or charge extortionate shiping prices. Item bought on Saturday via Online auction was shipped on Monday and they even wrote to tell me that it cost LESS to ship than anticipated and offered me a refund of overpaid shipping costs. Other Auction houses should realise that people will return if service like this is offered. If anyone is looking at items online from abroad or further away in the UK and want to know if they can bid online... Yes, definately! Keep up the great work and I will most certainly return if I see items I need on your future auctions.

Excellent service (probate valuation) After trying a couple of other firms who advertised a probate valuation but I think were more interested in house clearance, Windibanks was suggested. So straightforward, Simon Windibank came round to value the house contents yesterday, did that very quickly and I received the valuation this morning which I will use on the probate application. This service is very cost effective as it saved me hours of work online trying to work out the valuations - far better to leave to the expert. Many thanks Simon.

Conveniently located in the high street with lots of parking nearby. Saleroom for viewing a bit of a squeeze but ok. Roomy auction room. Professionally handled, no messing about. Very impressive. Excellent range of auction items. First time here but definitely returning.
