    I have been here 3 or 4 times, i gotta say food was great, we had dynamite shrimp, sesame chicken and mongolean beef. Staff were very nice and helpful especially Evin, who was kind enough to explain what was on the menu and give recommendations, keep up the good work brother Definitely will come again when vising London

    It is disheartening to witness the current state of this once-promising franchise. Upon my arrival, I patiently waited at the entrance for a period of five minutes, anticipating someone to attend to me. Regrettably, I was informed that no tables were available for the next 40 minutes, despite the existence of unoccupied sections. I then engaged in conversation with another gentleman, who promptly accommodated us at a table. However, the service throughout the evening was exceedingly subpar, as it proved to be a daunting task to capture the attention of any staff member to take our orders. To exacerbate matters, the starters arrived in a timely manner, but the main course followed suit after a mere minute, which can only be described as inadequate. The only redeeming dishes from the entire menu were the dynamite prawns and Mongolian beef; anything else should be avoided. Moreover, despite the passage of time, our drinks had yet to materialize and were delivered only halfway through the meal. Unfortunately, the quality of the beverages rendered them undrinkable, adding insult to injury. If this franchise persists in its current state and continues to operate in such a haphazard manner, it will undoubtedly struggle to survive in the highly coveted locale of London. Urgent action is required on behalf of the ownership and management to initiate a comprehensive reevaluation and restructuring process.

    Had an amazing evening. Our waiter Yasin was a true gentleman, found out my wife was pregnant and gave us ice cream after we had paid for the bill. He always checked on us and had a good sense of humour during our time. Thanks again Yasin for making a great evening!

    food was fine however they charged us £110 extra for food we didn’t order. it took us 30 minutes to try and sort it out but in the end it worked out. Just a bit strange that if we didn’t check it would’ve been £110 extra for nothing. The staff was very nice.
