Had a van of these for 6 months. No issues at all. Always at the other end of the phone. Whenever there was an issue or van needed any maintenance it would always get sorted and we would always be kept in hire with a vehicle. Would definitely use again in the future and would recommend to others. Fantastic Company!

So I called during the week to hire a van on Sunday 5th March, the lady on the phone who booked me in was quite polite and the gentlemen that served me on the day was too, however I arrived at 10am and it took 2 hours to get the van ready, which was quite annoying. I paid a £200 deposit and I received the van showing 86 miles of fuel left on the gauge and was advised by the gentleman working there it should be returned on 86 miles. I returned the van on 86 miles the same night, 2 weeks had gone by and I’m still waiting for my deposit. Chased it twice but couldn’t get a proper answer. ‘It’s on its way’ or ‘it takes a while to show up’ then I called the 3rd time and the guy on the phone said they simply haven’t sent it because the mileage counter is showing a little less than 1/4 tank so we can only return £185 instead of the £200. I argued it and told him I returned it accordingly at 86 miles but he said ‘I have no idea what happened mate I’m just instructed to get this transaction done so give me your card details’ I reluctantly took my £185 and just hung up. Great people but poor service and I found the deposit situation to be a bit crafty and dishonest. Enough to stop me hiring a van from here again.

After being let down at the very last minute of a house move by Drivalia, we found this local van hire company. From the moment I spoke to Daniel, the process was quick and easy. The team were all friendly, the van was ideal (thanks to the recommendation by staff) We got everything moved with the minimum of fuss. Outstanding service and would highly recommend.
