Was looking for a entry-level set of bongos for my grandson and found the rockjam Bongos for under £30, I must say I was very surprised not only with the sound but the quality of the drums, plus it came with a free carry case, wasn't sure how to tune or if they needed tuning, emailed PDT who replied the very next day, great product and great customer service

I received a guitar from this company that showed up with the tuning pegs broken. Even though their website promised me that someone will respond to me within 24 hours of an email, it has been 3 days and I have yet to get a response. I have tried calling customer service and I get sent straight to voicemail every time.
