    Shocking service. Delivery slot 11:55-13-55. Still no sign by 16:10 and no contact. Called company we ordered from who called PDS to be told we'd have our delivery "within the hour"! By 17:20, still nothing so I called PDS direct. Can't contact driver but we'll call you back in 10mins. 18:00, still no call so I call back to be told it is unlikely driver will get to you tonight but will deliver tomorrow. 10:15, no contact so I call PDS again. He'll be with you by 11:15. 11:45 delivery finally arrives and they drop one of the 3 boxes. Go with someone else. These are shocking. Would zero star if I could!

    Terrible service, schedule a wednesday morning pick up, was then told it wouldn't be collected til thursday, then friday morning and wasnt collected til late friday afternoon. messed up my week having to reschedule meetings. Luckily the delivery wasnt time critical, but wasted several hours of my time on return trips to my storage unit where the item was being collected, and about 10 calls to the company where they kept making up nonsense excuses. have advise my logistics company to never use them again

    Good delivery service, but this company needs to treat its workers better. It expects single drivers to move and handle awkward, bulky items weighing 55 kg, and then expects customers to pick up their shortfalls. Try a manual handling assessment in line with HSE guidelines. Your workers are well within their rights to take legal action. Treat your workers with more respect.

    Never work for this place start at you only get paid 6am til 5pm any overtime you do you won’t be paid for it. Worse company ever. Poor planning expect you to deliver to all over the uk they don’t take driving hours nor traffic into account some days you don’t get back til gone 7pm as it’s after 5 you will not get paid. They don’t care about there employees you work 62 hours a week and your take home is just under £500 modern day slavery working for this company it is was below minimum wage

    My recent experience with PDS has been very positive 👍 Shabir my delivery driver was very polite & helpful, he phoned me half an hour before arriving to let me know he was close & when he arrived he brought my shower panel from a Wickes supplier in carefully & put it where I wanted it stored 🌸 This experience has been much better than other delivery experiences I've had recently with other logistics providers👍🌸
