I purchased a gaming desktop for £869 with medium specs, good enough for some random playing. I asked the vendor to include a Wi-Fi port after I was given the option of a dongle or a better solution with a Wi-Fi port and they forgot to install it. After I tried to call them and contact them via email with no luck I had to go back to the computer fair in Stratford and the guy said he didn’t remember we had this conversation and asked me another £20 to install the port. All the pieces together are at least £250 cheaper on Amazon and I doubt the building is that expensive. He doesn’t know how to deal with customers and he is a scammer, avoid spending money with him.

*UPDATE * My partner eventually got through to this company and was reimbursed. It took a few weeks to get a call back, and the box should not have been empty. So I will update to 3/5 My partner bought an item from this trader at a computer fair this week. When he opened the box, the hard drive was not there; he regrets not checking the box beforehand. However it is not common practice to open such items before the transaction. My partner has tried to call several times the following day, and no one is answering the number on the receipt. We wish we had checked the reviews beforehand. Please do not use this company.

I asked a staff for a wireless keyboard and mouse, the staff showed me the product and told me the price. I accepted the sale trusting the staff was selling me a wireless keyboard and mouse. Unfortunately I only check the product when arrived at home, to find out it was actually both wired product. The receipt stated that they don't accept return due to the low price. After checking on the Internet the price charged were actually higher than everywhere I looked. When I contact the company their reply was "Hi, the prices was quoted to you before the sale and it was your choice if you wanted to buy or not. I’m sorry but there isn’t much I can do now. It’s clearly written in the box too that it’s a wired keyboard if it is wired. Please read the box. Thanks" Avoid this company or be very throughout when buy from them.

Contacted them and the response was "well it was your mistake, you should have checked, nothing can be done now, we dont do exchange or returns"

I was sold a fauly cpu and have been trying to get an answer of when I can get a replacement as I dont live near there and bought it from a pc fair but the point is that in given a 14 day exchange period to exchange it but got no answer. I will be talking to my lawyer friend about this as I've been told this is illegal. Do not use them they scammed me so now I spent £1000 in the drain
