Paul is quality, replaced my car battery, he came to mine early morning and tested the battery, then went and purchased a new one and repaired it whilst explaining everything to me.. even watched me start the car up a few times and double checked everything else. This man should not be allowed to work on any vehicle. He showed up with none of the right equipment and kept going back and forth to his home every five minutes. Firstly he diagnosed a new battery, when that didnt work he said it was the starter motor. Provided me with a makeshift invoice and when I requested the original receipts so I could get a reputable garage to exchange the faulty starter motor him and his wife shut the door in my face. £276 in total which i now have to pay again to get the job done correctly.
