Worst customer service ever Your reply is a complete lie. You knew we were there for a pump out as I stated that upon arrival and after we patiently waited 30 minutes for you to serve us (during which time other employees were on site) your opening remark to us was that you had just remembered that you don't do pump outs before 4 pm. You never asked us what it was we wanted as you already knew. Thank you for the advice on how to run our lives, heres some for you: Maybe you could simply wash your hands or change gloves after doing a pump out before serving customers in the bus cafe. My observations of other places that complete pump outs is that the contents of the pipe usually stays within the pipe but you may have a different system that puts your customers more at risk. Virtually all reputable marinas that we visit have cafes and provide pump outs on the same site, perhaps you could ask them how they manage to do so at the same time, indeed White Bear Marina just along the canal from you has a 5 star cafe and provides pumps outs during the same hours. Yes my wife and I were upset by your arrogant and obnoxious manner. Asking us not to visit your provision is clearly intended to impress any readers and provide some sort of smoke screen that you are the wronged party. We clearly won't be visiting your premises again. We will take our custom to places where they have some level of respect for customers. Finally, again thank you for the advice on how to manage our lives along the water way. Since we are happily retired we live a very relaxed life style moving freely about the country as we please but we won't tolerate poor customer service and arrogance.
