I called up to get help with my dyson hoover and the lovely lady (I didn't get her name) on the other end of the phone assisted Me well. Although I didn't use their services, the lady gave brilliant advice and saved me £65. I think that is top class service, they don't care about making money simply just want to help! Keep it up!

I found P&L vacuums online when searching to get my Dyson serviced. From the minute I called I found them highly professional. Liz organised for an engineer to come to my home and explained the process and service fully. Paul the engineer arrived bang on time and was fantastic. The care he took when servicing my Dyson was fantastic. Professional throughout and extremely knowledgeable and my Dyson is operating again like it was brand new, I'm so pleased I found this company and would recommend to anyone. I've passed their details to all my family and will be using them again for my next service - a gem of a find! Thank you Liz and Paul for looking after me so well

I forgot that I had booked an appointment with P&L at my house, the nice chap waited 10 mins or so for me to return home. As I got the Dyson from the cupboard I found that it has started working again. The nice chap gave the Dyson a quick check, gave me some advice and then didn't want to take any money !! We compromised on that and here I am giving my first ever review on google. Great service P&L, Thankyou.

Brilliant service. We have two vacuums (one Shark and one Dyson). Both gifted to us, and both stopped working on the same day. P&L fixed both and gave 'em a service for a fraction of the price it would have cost to buy just one new one. So satisfying to have found a skilled and knowledgeable...engineer? mechanic?...magician?? 🙂 Anyway, a lot less plastic going into landfill thanks to these excellent people. THANK YOU.
