I appreciate the positive response, I have adjusted my rating to reflect this Travelled 40 minutes to this area, only to find the first shop I came to visit was closed. This was my 2nd choice being a little further away but also found to be closed when stated on line to be open.

I went in to order a new aquarium, Reece asked me where did I want it delivering to, I explained that I couldn't be at home for the Monday to Friday slot that week, so he said no problem I'll get it sent here. Do you want me to build it too, I said no then changed my mind 3 days later and was met with no problem I'll sort that for you. Reece asked what hardscape I was putting in. I told him and he said I can get that for you at the same time as your tank (awesome) I was having a looking at the fish which all look really healthy and calm and he explained the characteristics of them, where they like to stay in the tank and what they are like with other fish. The only bad thing is that I'm upgrading my tank not starting a new one so I have my fish and plants already. Nothing was a problem or a trial for them. So the only thing I can say is if you have had a problem with this shop then maybe its you that's the problem.
