Ozwald Boateng OBE a legendary designer in his own right caught my attention after Giorgio Armani declared him as a sensation. At time of writing his massive Saville Row Store remains the only Black owned establishment of its type on the world famous Street. Modern tailoring and styles will impress anywhere.

The clothes are stylish and appear well made. The after sales service is unfortunately very poor and lets down the brand. Telephone calls are not returned and they are reluctant to resolve issues. This has made me doubt the quality of the materials used and forced me to seek advise elsewhere.

I wanted to buy a shirt for my husband for Christmas as he loves the quality and style of this brand and I had bought him a shirt a few years ago. Due to lockdown I looked online but was unable to find the colour and size I wanted so called the store and spoke to Leon Ross who kindly spent the time to take me through the various options available to me. I went with the option of having a shirt made for him and am so pleased I went with this option. Leon made it a completely personalised and wonderful experience and my husband genuinely loved it! Leon is an absolute gem, he really knows his stuff, if only all retail experiences were as special as this - we will be back -Thank you Leon!

When I was looking for my wedding suit, I walked up and down the fabled Savile Row and was met with stores you had to press a buzzer to get into, uninterested staff and an array of overly traditional cuts and fabrics. Then I walked into Ozwald Boateng and met Leon-Ross - he was really welcoming and friendly, talked me through all the processes and I felt at ease through what could have been quite an intimidating process. The suit I received as the end result is incredible and I can't recommend Ozwald Boateng and his staff enough.
