Martin and Rebecca have done a fantastic job, and it’s a great place to stay. I stay there once every 4 weeks, to look after my elderly parents in Stokesley so I have seen the changes they have made, all for the better. Lovely rooms and lots of options for breakfast in Stokesley, The Asian restaurant is amazing.! Fantastic food. Rooms: Lovely rooms most with great views

My husband and I are frequent visitors to The Leven because you know you'll have top notch good food every time. We decided to go this weekend with no notice to the restaurant, no prior booking. The staff were extremely busy with a full restaurant and no tables free, we weren't in a hurry and really didn't want to go elsewhere, we decided to have a few drinks in their amazing garden overlooking the river, (no problems to us! - we could of sat here all night) , it's so picturesque. The staff were so helpful and friendly and managed to get us a spare table inside for our mains. I can't thank them enough. Fantastic service, delicious fresh food and amazing scenery. Will be back again for sure. A hidden gem in Stokesley.

The newly refurbished rooms were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The little touches(e.g. chocolates on the pillows upon arrival)were a pleasant surprise. The staff(reception/bar & restaurant)were all helpful,efficient, professional and friendly. The Indian restaurant is a hidden gem! Along with the ideal location for a choice of nearby pubs ect...what is not to like about this place? My wife and/or group of extended family members would not hesitate to return to this delightful residence in the future and I will certainly recommend to whomever I mention it to. Thanks again! Gary.
