Inaceptable todo esto, obviamente esa última reseña es de hace muy poco pero de haberlo leído, jamás habría reservado esta habitación. Una verdadera falta de respeto por su parte porque además, Si no hubieran confirmado y asegurado que no habrían inconvenientes, hubiera sido mejor, habría cogido otro hotel y ya está pero que 3 meses después me llamen para cancelar es una falta de respeto hacia los clientes y una falta de profesionalidad. Recently stayed for 3 nights. Very basic, noisy but comfortable. Staff on 3 occasions let themselves in and entered my room, not acceptable. Felt very uneasy staying there. Would never stay again or recommend it to anyone either!!!

Stayed there Saturday night in a twin room with my 10 year old daughter. The room was nice and clean but the walls are paper thin. I was trying to settle my little girl down and the resident in the room next door was playing music on his phone very loudly and then shouting when he received a call. There were no staff on the premises and he sounded high or drunk with appalling language.

Booking was cancelled in the last minute literally. Did the booking for a double for 2 nights around 2-3 weeks ago and they sent me an email with the cancellation literally the night before I gave this review, so not even 24 hours before, and not like that is enough I also need to call them to get my money back let alone the inconvenience caused. Customer service is literally un-existing. Don't remember giving any 1 star or even bad reviews but this is not normal or fair
