This is the most wonderful company. Not only are the items well priced (and there is a good amount of used stock available as well!), but Jarod is so nice and will bend over backwards to help and make sure you get what you need. My mom needed an oxygen machine and there weren't any of the brand she liked available in the UK - so Jarod went and imported some from Germany, and kept us informed all along the way. The best service of any company of their kind in the UK. We'll be back!

I ordered from Oxygen Direct an Inogen One G3 portable oxygen concentrator on the 15th March for £950 and was told it would be delivered by 23rd March. Still waiting for the equipment.The company doesn’t respond to any communication so l have taken steps to recover my money. Please be aware of this company as they are just after you’re money.Its another scam. Due to the ongoing problems with the virus the company has returned the £950 i paid for the breathing equipment and I take back what I’ve said about the company, the problems were caused by illness due to the virus

Bad experience - item ordered out of stock - which is fair - but constantly had to chase for Follow-up and ended up having to use buyer protection on eBay to secure my refund after promises to refund my order were not actioned. Really disappointed and a frustrating level of customer service even at these trying times! I could not recommend and would not buy again.
