    I had a leak from the shower waste pipe which was leaking in the kitchen below. The engineer was very thorough and checked the work after to make sure it was ok. He was very polite. He left the bathroom & kitchen clean. I reported the leak late on Friday afternoon and they arrived on time on Monday morning. I will use them again if I have a need.

    This is the second time that I am recommending Oxtech. Whenever I need a plumber, my heart sinks, because I know that our local plumbers are always very busy and can rarely come at short notice. Then I remember Oxtech, and give them a ring. I don't know how they do it, but they always answer the phone, and they always come out when I need them. They also always sort out the problem. Mark also took me around the house while he was bleeding the radiators….and Michael even gave me a radiator key!
