Stayed here for two nights. Clean, spacious, and easily accessible to town center, restaurants (Jimmy’s Killer Prawn is superb!) and public transport. 3mins walking distance to Science Museum!

Do not stay here!! First the room was more hostel vibes than hotel. Beds so uncomfortable. Bed sheets were damp, we asked to get them changed but they would only change the sheet. Food was horrible. Room freezing windows don’t close properly. (Had to use hair dyer to heat us up). Curtains hanging off the window. Worse of all day of check out shower flooded whole bathroom floor and leaked 2 floors down and into someone else’s room. Took staff over a hour and half to get help. Cleaner continued to tell manager she cleaned our room when she did not. Had to get showered in another room. Also when I rang to ask what’s going on I was hung up on.
