    Staff are lovely and friendly, there's a nearby bus stop which allows you to get the bus into the city centre or into headingley. It's a 30 minute walk to the headingley campus. The only few downsides is that there is no local shop other than in the centre of headingley (unless you can drive) and it is very noisy. I was rather disappointed as I moved here in my final year due to it being advertised as having a strict noise policy, however I have complained multiple times about antisocial noise at early hours of the morning and nothing is rarely done. I wouldn't come here unless your a first year student or own a really good pair of noise cancelling headphones.

    Great place to live. It is in the nice areas of headingley and the average cost of a room is £89 - £112 depending on what you want. It has lovely staff and the scenery is amazing to see when walking around. If you want accommodation somewhere quiet and like the countryside then Oxley Residence is the place. It is also 10 minutes from headingley campus and a quick 5 min walk to the nearest bus-stop to the city centre. If you want city and busy life, maybe this is not for you. You will need to travel on bus or some motor vehicle to get to the city as it is an hours walk, but it is 20 mins from Headingley Town centre. It a cheap priced place with some nice facilities, but I would not go here if you want the night life experience.
