Take a very muddy field, add some spruce and watch them grow. Then cut them fresh to order and sell them. What a great idea. Sneak in as soon as they open in early December to tag a suitable specimen and come back nearer the time when you want it chopped. Priced per foot....(quaint)..... Can get quite busy at a weekend. A lovely local business.
