I wanted to leave a google review of OXRM as I nearly opted not to use them due to to the general lack of reviews. I found their clinic to be friendly, professional and small, which meant that I saw the same nurse each time (Fiona, who is a legend) and the same receptionist, Gill (also great). Communication was excellent, I felt that Dr Becker, and Fiona understood me, what a wanted to achieve and they got the medication and the timings bang on! They were honest and clear about what I could expect, I did not have unrealistic expectations and Fiona, who I saw most of, was great at managing expectations. They are a satellite clinic to three clinics with really excellent stats, our route was significantly cheaper than if we had gone with the most well known clinic in Oxford. We did opt to travel to Bristol, but given our experiance was excellent I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. As a couple we had a lot of complicating factors (who doesn't) but I felt that the service was tailored to us, and we are now 14 weeks pregnant!
