Couldn’t be happier with the service from Oxford. In summary, I’d purchased a usb charger a few month back and it became faulty. I tried contacting the merchant, but they were non-responsive. So I got in touch with Oxford directly, and they came back to me super promptly. Once they realised the merchant wasn’t helpful, they arranged a replacement directly from themselves. I sent the old one back, and the new one arrived today - just a few days later, as promised. Bought a HJC helmet and visor cracked around latch. Spoke to Chloe Marsden and supplied a picture of the damage. Very prompt reply from Chloe giving advice on useage along with a promise of a replacement visor. I’m a long time motorcyclist and have bought a lot of Oxford products over the years. Products are always fit for purpose and good value for money. More importantly their after sales has always been first class. Thank you Chloe and Oxford products for being a company you can rely on.
