Order from them many times, always is good and on time, this is the first time have to deal with their customer service as Royal Mail lost the package and had to wait 15 days to got it, contacted to the customer service twice just received the first answer, on my second enquiry never got reply

BE CAREFUL we went online to order medication off them,You fill out 4 questions then are told to give your card details and pay,The money is taken in a few seconds and THEN you are told you need to fill in a complete history of your problem maybe another 30 questions ,then you wait for 8 hours to be told you can't have it , You then have to ask for a refund and are told to wait up to 5 days, Totally the wrong way to do business. Why not ask to fill in the form first to see if you can get the medication BEFORE they take your money AVOID.

Phoned them up from London I bombard the lovely lady over the phone with my questions about the product which I was going to order she did kindly answered them all than I ran out of my questions LOL! I placed my first order over the phone she applied %10 discount without me asking as a new customer couple days later royal mail turned up with the parcel no issue what so ever , The product which I'm after usually last approximately around 6 months from now on I will get it from them , Thank you for your hassle free business

Tried to order simple cream and they requested photos of my skin. I sent photos then they contradicted my doctor and tried to up sell me some nonsense Vitamin D product and off label cream. Be extremely cautious with this company that recommends other products without your full medical history.
