If you want your Children to be confident and strong, to stand up to the bullies around them, do what I did. Send them to Oxford Karate Academy. My one son was so confident he was the Head Boy in his school and know doing outreach work at his University. One is going to go travelling around Japan next year, as he visited Japan with Shihan Paul in 2019 for his Black belt grading. This is a very inclusive club, I gained my black belt at the age of 57, so young or old, this is a club for you. Proud to be part of Oxford Karate Academy family.
