I have had nothing but positive experiences from Oxford House since requiring their services during the pandemic. I have been under the care of Dr Magon and Bridget Clarke and both have been tremendously helpful, caring and responsive. Mental health provision is in crisis and resources are very stretched, but everyone at Oxford House is very compassionate and goes the extra mile to assist. Would definitely recommend.

These lot are a poor excuse of an organisation! My brother who has mental heath problems has been let down way too many times by this lot. Always cancelling appointments which he desperately needs. He was meant to have an appointment this morning but they cancelled once again, their excuse this time was he got a puncture on his way to work, too hung over from last night after the football more like! In a time where mental health is getting worse they need to step up, but they're not! I hope you are reading this oxford house because if something is not sorted soon I will make sure you lot are investigated because you have been no help so far!

Things are currently in a state of chaos, I was an advocate and know about good, enpowering practice. I have not been involved in the shared decision making process and i feel undervalued and not heard. I would not recommend this service. THINGS WRITTEN DOWN THAT ARE NOT TRUE, OR ACCURATE ,AND NOT EVEN INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS. VERY POOR INDEED.
