I was a little apprehensive dropping off many, many, books from some of the comments posted but couldn't have been greeted with a more helpful welcome. Hugely convenient to be able to unload in the back street behind High Street Ken. Thanks

I had so hoped my experience in the shop would be different than the reviews - sadly the feedback on the cashier is true. I made 3 massive donations on Wed, Thurs, and Friday this week - each time she ignored me and merely pointed to the hallway where I was to leave the items. She didn't say thank you, she really didn't even speak. Given charities rely so heavily on the public, maybe Oxfam can give the cashier some training on how to interact with the public? Especially considering there are approx.5 charity shops in the immediate area that could also benefit from donations. :(
