I visit every Saturday and always end up buying something but not any more - the male assistant in the store was rude to my daughter and then openly criticised her behaviour to the man he was serving! He was also rude and condescending to another lady who was in there. Everyone’s entitled to an off-day but if you work in a customer-facing environment perhaps try to be a little nicer to people.

It's small. They don't have a lot of stock and most things were way over priced. I could buy new dishes, bowls and glassware for less than their pricing. They would not negotiate on pricing either. The young lady in front of me tried to. They would sell far more if things were priced to sell. A charity shop shouldn't have to discount things for a quick sale, everything should be priced to sell swiftly.

Nice range of items, the staff was lovely on my visit, however cleanliness seems to be an issue. Cups, glasses, plates in the home-wear section were covered in a thick layer of dust, water bottles on sale had questionable liquids in them, seemed as if items were put on display exactly as received from donors, without any care for cleanliness. Big thumbs down for that. 👎🏻
