Have been with oxbury about a year now. I find the online and the logging in app very good. The customer service has also proven to be very good so far. The only criticism is that the notice accounts are more like a fixed term account as any new interest rate that a new customer would be offered is not applied to existing accounts, (not to mine anyway) I understand these accounts are variable but it does not seem very fare to me. In order to enjoy the "current" interest rate one has to give notice to withdraw and open a new account accepting that you will lose 90 days or more were you should have been on a higher rate 🤔
