I contacted OX365 as I had an issue with my laptop but wasn’t sure what the problem was. I took my laptop in and within 30 minutes the guys had discovered a problem. They explained the issue very well and also went into detail about the solution. I left my laptop with them overnight and collected it the next morning. I have had no issues since, 100% would recommend 😄
