Gone down hill. Menu is rubbish, used to have jacket potatoes, wraps etc now it’s very basic. The toddler play area is filthy, needs to be cleaned daily. The staff are very friendly but overcharged me, I had to get a refund as they charged 4.50 for my 10month old Wristbands are pointless, no one sticks to it Have to pay for parking outside

Today I had the worst experience ever in Owls unfortunately, I have been customer since my daughter was 2. I use to love it, let's say we have a lot of souvenirs of her playing there. I decided to do my daughter's party In Owls as we haven't done her birthday since 2020, unfortunately they mess up my party with unprofessional, management misusing their power. they really made me so sad and mad as well, they only offer in the package chicken nuggets and fish fingers, some of my daughter's friends they don’t like the offered food so I got some extra sandwiches and some fruit shoot for the kids I end up, being surrounded with very unprofessional people starting with the deputy manager who brought us within the first 10mn a security guy, while I was loading things from my car, all what we had was simple conversation and then I run to pay for my car parking and because of that conversation I was late and got ticket already. She made me so frustrated all the mums were upset kids were really sad thinking that they have to leave, after the other manager was threatening us to kick us out, just because of some sandwiches and extra drinks. The deputy manager brought the security guy and another manager of the boat place shouting right on top of the mum's head, so unprofessional they wasted so much time of the party and created a stressful feeling and atmosphere. They kept saying that we signed terms and Conditions, they could solve the issue and make everybody happy. For a £40 or £50 they wanted me to spend momey in their cafe, it actually cost them the loss of so many customers, because of their aggressive and unprofessional behaviour towards me and towards my guests. We all were disappointed. Very low level of behaviour of the deputy manager and the manager who asked her to bring security while we were so peaceful, and respectfu mums ONLY I don't DEFINITELY DON'T recommend this place, do not use them.

Great soft play and kept both 10 year old and baby entertained for 2 hours! Separate baby/toddler area but older kids do also use as well. Food available and prices reasonable. Previous reviews about cleanliness are incredibly harsh when you take into account that there's so many kids running around! The majority of the issue would be solved if parents/guardians did the decent thing and tidied their own rubbish away, watched many people just leave their rubbish on their table! Equipment clean, plenty to do and a car park! (Although you do need to pay to park but £2.40 for 2 hours isn't bad!)
