    Olly is not your average PT. One of the first things he does is really get to know you, your fitness needs and your drives. He bespoke tailors a course for you, making you feel challenged in a comfortable environment. Accountable but never diminished. The classes are demanding but Olly is very good at adapting exercises to suit individual needs so that all levels of fitness are catered for.     I regularly attend four of Olly’s classes every week. They are the most professional, enjoyable and effective exercise sessions I have ever attended. Olly’s expertise is clear and he is generous with his guidance and careful in his planning to ensure everyone can get the most out of their workout. He is also positive and encouraging, often sharing some motivational cheese to keep everyone going. I would not hesitate to recommend Olly to anyone, no matter where they are on their fitness journey as everyone can benefit from Olly’s highly trained and constantly developed knowledge. The atmosphere in every class is also friendly and welcoming which is why so many of us attend multiple sessions with Olly throughout the week and continue to train at outdoor sessions in all weathers. I would highly recommend Olly's classes - they're professionally run and he works hard to vary the content of classes on a regular basis so they're always interesting but also challenging. Olly's great at making his classes work for people of all ages and abilities. Olly's own story to fitness is inspiring and he's great at motivating you to push yourself to achieve that little bit more!!! Highly recommended!!
