We have had two pairs of updated springs for our L200 from this company, both sets have fractured and failed. Both times Owen Springs have refused to replace or refund for their faulty springs. We have had to source springs from a different company. Very poor product and customer service - avoid.

My experience with this company was dreadful, made a set of springs with completely the wrong camber, and was totally disinterested in sorting out the problems afterwards. After weeks and weeks of wrangling I gave up and ended up paying another spring manufacturer to correct their lousy efforts.

After a few contact problems initially, the service provided subsequently was excellent. I have never experienced a more helpful Company (period), especially in trying to sort out the problems associated with my unusual vehicle. It has been a real problem in the past, trying to keep my ROCSTA on the road. Getting the full set of leaf springs sorted out was a trial, but Owen Springs kept me fully in the picture, and gave me all the help and guidance necessary, despite my reluctance to take the vehicle off the road to send a spring for them to copy. The end result is a vehicle that no longer tries to break my back over the bumps. Thank you Owen Springs! TMN
