The perfect all in one venue. I got married here and I have nothing but praise for this establishment. The venue staff are so thoughtful and professional. They are involved with the wedding planning from the get go but are not overbearing. Very accommodating with our requests no matter how weird they may be. They run a slick operation and they know exactly what to do, I am in awe of how well they provide for their customers. They have a high turnover in weddings but they do not compromise on the quality of service. Features that sold the venue to us: Containment- the ceremony room and main hall are adjacent which means wedding logistics are minimal. (Quite useful on a rainy wedding in March). Convenience - there is accommodation onsite as well as specific rooms for the groom and bride to get ready in (separately of course) Aesthetics - Owen House Wedding Barn is a beautiful site with a rustic, slightly quirky but overall welcoming and pleasant appeal. Photo Gallery - there is a specific room/barn that has been decorated especially for photo shoots with your photographer. The staff also make sure that you and your new wife/husband can escape the hustle of the wedding and have a quiet moment alone to celebrate your special day. Drink - Options on site are brilliant. So much to choose from, uniquely different ales to classic largers to appease all tastes. Food - 1 of 2 external food providers are brought for the wedding breakfast and we went with Vanilla in All Seasons which we highly recommend. In summary, beautiful site, professional staff, very convenient setup and excellent customer service. Recommend to any couples planning their own wedding.

My wife and I chose this venue to host our wedding in March this year. Right from the start we received such a warm and honest welcome and got the impression that nothing would be too much trouble. We were right to think that because as soon as we booked in, all the staff at Owen House took care of everything. Through attentive meetings and honest and open chats, we managed to create what was to be a perfect day. The wedding day went without a single problem and that was entirely down to the staff at Owen House. Their attention to detail for your day is second to none; my wife entered the ceremony room exactly on 2pm! Expertly run, diligence off the scale, detail well kept, beautiful building and setting; do not consider any other venue! We would do it all again tomorrow if we could!

My daughter and her husband got married here this week. The service was superb from start to finish. The facilities for the wedding and function are top class. Bar prices were about right for the sector. They looked after everything and kept everything on time. Rooms, however, were a little expensive at £175 considering the only coffee available was espresso, no instant sachets, which if you don't like espresso means no drinks other than a cup of tea per person. Breakfast again very basic for the price. But the guys and girls were soooo helpful and professional, it is a minute issue on what was a day to make memories, and the coffee and breakfast will fade very quickly. Many thanks to all, was a brilliant day with memories forever
