I am totally disgusted with this OVO company I was transferred from SSE to OVO I thought SSE was bad with customer service but OVO is even worse, so far I had to email my mp as I was really getting frustrated with them with empty promises of paying my credit back to me that was moved over from SSE to OVO, he promised me and my mp that Mr Moffat promised me and my mp that he would return my credit money back to me but lied to me and my mp by sending another email saying that they couldn't refund my credit back until I gave him a meter readings but I have explained lots of times that I am disabled and can't read the electric meter as it is above my front door and so I can't read it and I can't afford to have it brought down either and I have asked them lots of times to send someone out but they are failing to do this I have contacted my mp again and I am going to take this further I will contact the local news paper people and I will contact the energy ofgem if this issue is not sorted out, so don't join this energy company as they are the worst I have come across as I get this situation sorted I am moving to another company I don't trust OVO anymore as they lie to you and I am very frustrated and annoyed with them big time bad customers service, they lie , and useless company. I will take this further OVO stop making empty promises to people as we are not going to let you get away with it anymore. If anyone who reads this if you get no help from this company then contact ofgem straight away and the newspapers don't let this OVO company get away with lies and bad customers service anymore. . .... Shame on you OVO . and I would give you 0 stars . Well I did give you a gas meter readings yesterday and it's still being dealt with with your complaints team but Mr Moffat should have not promised me or my mp the refund knowing I had to give a meter readings first and your other customers service team made empty promises and I gave them a meter readings for the 24th February 23 this year so don't talk rubbish get your facts right first you idiots

Horrendous. Three times since November the app has charged my card and not credited the meter. Three times Boost have been completely uncontactable. Hours upon hours on hold, phone lines just cut off, email address no longer works, webchat is automated thus useless, ‘emergency advisors’ uncontactable, I could go on.

What an absolute joke of a customer service call center. You get told a diffrent excuse everytine you phone that's if they don't hang on up on you first. 5 call later 5 answers later and still not fixed. 17 years with sse no issues 1 week with ovo and nothing but problems. I will be reporting to ofcom.

I have unanswered questions on emailing and online chat with ovo about the government scheme being added to the dept. I recently cancelled my direct debit before Aprils end of the month bill was ready. The collection department emailed me the morning after saying £18.88 payment was overdue. I emailed back saying I am sure my monthly energy will be over £18.99 and I am waiting for my bill ,please do not send me collection emails before you issue a bill. I've seen in another review someone has gone to the ombudsman which I will do as you get no where with this company's customer service.
