Rooms: large, tall windows, beautiful bath area, super clean, very comfortable bed and sunny morning through the tall multiple windows Safety: nothing to worry about here, host will go out of her way to assist and accommodate your desire or needs Food & drinks: Nancy and Charlotte up early with the fresh eggs and sausage from the farm, enjoyed the coffee especially, multiple varieties for breakfast, a comfortable dining area, dinner meal was local pub mile and half near by Noteworthy details: clean ! working farm, beautiful property and views, third generation owners working especially hard to make your stay near perfect, a gem off M4 90 minutes from T5 LHR towards Wales

Rooms: Warm, clean and very comfortable Nearby activities: There is a folder in the room with local and further away walks and attractions so if you have a car great but not 100% necessary Food & drinks: Like I said I happily put on 1.5 Kg with Nancy's cooking!!! And they let you order takeaway and have an off licence for a sneaky evening drink if you want! Noteworthy details: Taxi driver said if you book a hackney from Swindon to pick you up from the airport in Heathrow it is just under the cost of the train tickets down and a wee bit short time, so might do this next time :)

We were traveling around the area and hadn’t booked anywhere to stay. We rang very last minute on a Saturday evening and Nancy was so accommodating! She greeted us with tea and homemade cake, had wonderful recommendations around the area and many stories about the history of the house and farm. The place is amazing, the decor, bedrooms, atmosphere and every single detail. A hidden gem so close to the countryside and just a step away from the Costwolds. Breakfast next day was delicious and included plenty of local, organic and homemade options. Staying at Overtown Manor has been an absolute dream, we only wished we could have stayed for longer but we are so grateful we somehow came across it! They have only just re-opened after Covid so I do encourage anyone in doubt to stay here. Thank you for everything Nancy!!!
