Very poor customer service-problem with a charger that I bought 3 years ago-unable to help with a repair as they don't make the charger only buy them in and put their name on them. Only solution is to buy another charger.....but why would I want to do that when the one I have off them now has broken and their only solution is give us some more cash for the same to happen again.....don't think they understand customer service.

I'd recommend using tracked postage my order didn't arrive unfortunately. And I have no way of knowing what happened to it. Products are great when they arrive. Thanks for the apology and doing nothing to solve the problem. As you know I'd already sent five emails before I gave up with customer support and ordered from another supplier.

Do'nt try n order stuff off website at 3am in morning even if your a registered customer, just finished work and needed to order a battery for a race meeting, wasn't successful at all, despite having 3 successful transactions 2 before and 1 after trying overlander for the battery, So Not my end problem, and also couldnt find anywhere on site to delete or update details even though there is a comment about keeping them up to date. Not a pleasant or successful shopping experience. Sorry Overlander you need to do better, Good quality batteries! Bad automated buying service.
