Lived on Overdale Park for over a year now, very peaceful and a well respected place to live. People are friendly and watch out for each other without living in each others pockets. The Park has a bus stops into town and beyond at both ends. 20mins walk into Skipton or there is Embsay at the other end of the Park. A well recommend place to live, but you got to be quick to snap a property up when for sale as they go like "Hot Cakes"

My mum lives here and loves it. It’s quiet, safe and very friendly - neighbours look out for each other. It’s a short walk or bus ride into the town with plenty of good places for dog-walking nearby.
