What a truly genuine consummate professional! My trusty old cornet was in need of TLC and repair but sadly this was beyond its lifespan. Sarah gave up precious time, freely, in an attempt to salvage the cornet. Her knowledge, skill and expertise were put to the test and she declared that further exploration and attempts to repair would be more than the value of the instrument. Sarah did offer to continue working on the cornet but gave me the option to call it a day, which I did. I was grateful for her honesty and would definitely recommend her. Thanks again. ☺️

Disappointing experience would probably avoid. Seemed very busy should warn people that you have to wait 2 weeks before coming to her work shop. Then started to pull off cork on the clarinet
