I have not used them, but looking on indeed they appear to list the same admin role, with the same wordings for several towns in the UK. False advertising, doubt jobs even exist just trying to get people on their books and collate their information.

I tried contacting them via phone and fb messenger after I had applied for a couple of jobs through them as I hadn't received confirmation that my applications had been received. My phone calls were not returned and my message not answered I realise that they would have a high volume of applicants but phone calls could be returned or messages answered.

I suspect that this is one of those agencies that will treat you well if you're a client, and not so well if you're a candidate. Unfortunately, candidates can often become clients - if treated well. Please work on getting the 0330 number answered when people call, and be better at removing jobs from the website once they are filled. You might also want to update your YouTube video with correct information, so that the poor chap at the end of the advertised number doesn't get random calls from frustrated individuals that have wasted time trying to get more information on an advertised role. That would be me - in case that's not clear.

If you want to work hard and become homeless then work for this agency!!! I have been waiting a week now for my money from April which was meant to be paid on the 20th of May as the 18th fell on the weekend, i had 2 people in the office that lied and said i was getting paid and sent my timesheets off to payroll and when i contacted payroll they said they haven't recieved anything from outstaff, i had Franco who is known to be the manager insult me as i have been ill and gone through hospital and doctors appointments by telling me he could replace me any day he wants!!! So that's that I'm still waiting for my money and will be homeless tomorrow if i don't get it.... So thank you outstaff you have been a massive help by making these happen!!!
