Wouldn't usually leave a review but I had an excellent customer service experience at the King's X store. I had a manufacturer issue with a pair of trainers and they were exchanged with no problem; I even got a voucher for the difference since they'd gone down in price since I bought them.

Took them over 6 months to refund a purchase I made that was never even sent to me. After waiting over two weeks for shoes to arrive after I purchased decided to cancel the order. Really disappointed as I really like the store but its ridiculous having to wait that amount of time for something you never recieved
