    I had the same experience with the call disconnection. Tried many times and eventually got an answer and the waiting times are a disgrace. 5 months waiting from injury to appointment. At best thats 3 months wasted.

    The phone number for this service, 01590...has been discontinued but is still on the web page. The new 0300 number given is answered by MKS Physiotherapy services. the first time I called, there was a voice message, the phone rang once and I was told to call later and was disconnected. The second time, after the intro message, the phone rang for a while, after which I was told to call later and was disconnected. I got through on the third attempt. Disgraceful service!
