Did a conservatory for my mum and it leaks, they keep promising to come and fix it and never do, now the guttering is falling off. Disgraceful company, not recommended. My mother is elderly and now in hospital. You will now have ME, her daughter, to deal with, and it will NOT be pleasant. Still not done as at 22.10.21. Contacting trading standards.

Communication is appalling. No updates at all and when you end up ringing to find out what’s going on they are so blasé as if their service is ok ! When they eventually start the next phase of the build but don’t return and there’s no communication whatsoever to update what the hell is going on. I really would advise you think twice before committing. Just as well you don’t pay all in one go. Maybe that’s why 🤷🏻♂️

Excellent service from start to finish. Very friendly owner and staff, they all went out of their way to get us what we wanted. We replaced 4 large sash windows, front door and fanlight. The fitters were experienced and did a fantastic job, it wasn't easy on an old house and the place was clean and tidy when they finished. Good communication throughout, even though it was lockdown! We will definitely use them again when we replace our other windows and door. Highly recommended.
