I've been visiting Outline Clinic for a while for Botox injections and have always been delighted with the results I recently developed a Milia right in the inner corner of my eye which was causing me growing discomfort and stress, I needed it removed and was delighted to find it a service Outline offered because I was confident it would be taken care of carefully I was not disappointed, actually so impressed I felt a need to give a review to share my experience Mary talked me through that an extraction was the best method especially due to the placement, she was incredibly gentle and despite the position of the Milia whilst the extraction did hurt, it was nowhere near as painful as I had expected. The procedure took a matter of seconds, and the incision was so small that afterwards the soreness was minimal. I would highly recommend Outline and their staff to anyone

Mary White of Outline is an outstanding beautician and I would not trust anybody else with my beauty regime! I have been a customer of Mary’s for over 25 years and as I was cabin crew for all of this time her advice and treatments helped me keep my skin hydrated and her advice is invaluable. She is the ultimate professional only ever carrying out treatments she feels will be of benefit and always at reasonable prices. Her payment schemes help spread the cost if needed and this helps enormously. I always recommend Outline to anybody who will listen!!

I attended Outline Clinic to have my lips and Hydra Facial done on Tuesday. Although I’ve had my lips done before, I am a very nervous client. On entering the clinic I was greeted by a lovely receptionist (Ellena) who was friendly and sympathetic to my bad nerves. I was offered a drink and told me not to worry and that I was in good hands with the clinic nurse Mary. On entering the treatment room, I was greeted with a lovely smile. The treatment was explained to me and I felt at ease whilst Mary chatted about her recent holiday. I am so pleased with my lips and having had them done before by another clinic, I can really see the difference, results are amazing. My lip treatment was followed by a Hydra Facial, I took advantage of a half price offer, the treatment was done by Jade, a really friendly lady, again, we chatted and the treatment was fabulous, a real treat!!! I’ve taken up a plan which saves me some money and helps me spread the cost, this was explained to me in detail and I’ve added some extra treatments in my plan. Well done the team at Outline.

I have to say that Mary & her team are the absolute best in the aesthetic industry hence the reason I drive 50miles round trip to attend every 3 months. They are very professional, knowledgeable & friendly. The clinic is lovely set in beautiful surroundings. I always leave looking & feeling 10 times better than when I arrived. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone looking for treatment.

I have always found Outline Clinic to be professional and deliver great treatments. The girls who work there are lovely and extremely knowledgeable. I have regular Hydrafacial treatments and my skin looks amazing. They have given me advice about my skin and what to do to make it look its best. They have great options for me to spread the costs as well. I really cannot fault this clinic. Its beautiful inside and every welcomes you. I have read a negative review on here which upsets me, as they really couldn’t be a better bunch of people who really care about their customers. I hope that people will see past any negative comments left here and understand that this clinic is fantastic. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

I have been meaning to put a review on about Outline Skin Clinic for a few weeks now. I definitely would not recommend this skin clinic. The first reason I found is that they are very over priced and unclear about overall costs. They seem to load offers so they can then charge you more monthly and the terms of the plans are unclear. There is nothing signed or in writing so there is no contract for any services or the specifics of it that a customer would expect. I have used them on and off over the years and have been suspicious for some time of overcharging. This suspicion has further arisen since my last few trips to the clinic. An example being I had booked a 15 minute appointment and was told it was £65.00 for the treatment. It was just the removal of a few small skin tags on my neck. It took 10 mins. This included a review appointment to check for infection. I did not get the review! I got to the clinic and was about to have the treatment when the person doing is suddenly said oh before I start are you aware of the price. I said yes £65.00 she then said no its £95.00! It had gone up! I told her it was overpriced as I had been quoted £50.00 at another clinic near me. I was concerned that I had also driven 8 miles to the appointment. I said I would leave it then and was about to go when she said ok £65.00! This totally confirmed what I had been thinking about being overcharged. This led me to look at my facial plan as to honest the treatment was not good I would often come out with red swollen skin and my doctor had recommended I stop for now to see if my skin improved. I also started to look more closely at the costs. I compared this to the clinic I now use and discussed this with them. They also agreed that I had been grossly overcharged. I then cancelled any further treatments. I have now actually made a claim at court for a refund of monies paid due to the overcharging, the poor treatments and overall customer care at the clinic. I am also reporting my findings to other organisations as we speak. Please do not use this clinic! Dianna

I came to outline clinic a few months ago after suffering with real bad skin (acne) for around 3 years. I had tried everything I could on my skin but nothing would work. My skin was getting me down so much. I came to outline clinic and had an in depth conversation with Jacquie. She was so lovely and so helpful and automatically put me at ease and gave me so many different options to try for my skin. She suggested the ZO skin health for me and some hydra facials. It was the best thing I have ever done and I am finally so happy with my skin. I had a hydra facial with Sophie who was also so friendly and talked me through the whole process. I can’t wait to come back for more facials and products. Thank you so much outline clinic I am so glad I found you! I couldn’t recommend you enough!
